Are you looking for a design and wellness hotel near Merano? Then you've come to the right place.
We have 5 pools and a large garden. Since 2022 we now have two accessible roof areas with pools and a dream view.

In the warmer months you can sit at the pool bar surrounded by our pools, sun loungers and in the middle of the greenery and order your favourite cocktail from our bartender.

In the new bathhouse there's our beautiful yoga room, where our yoga and fitness classes take place. If you prefer to train on your own, you can work out in the cardio room on our Technogym equipment and watch Netflix, for example. Right next door, our new Studio 40a houses our new massage and beauty rooms.
The relaxation area is located on the upper floor of the bathhouse. Whether in the relaxation room or on the sun deck, you can enjoy the view here. Our Skypool is the warmest in the hotel and is your place if you just want to drift in the water.

In spring 2022 we opened our new roof garden. This area is also reserved for adults. Here you'll find another whirlpool, quiet relaxation areas...and everything with a super beautiful view of the Merano mountains.
