After a short welcome and explanation of the planned procedure, the classic 3 infusion phases (rounds) with the use of various essential oils follow. The duration is about 12 - 15 minutes. Please enter the sauna without any clothing. To participate in the sauna infusion, registration via the app is required (max. 10 people). Registrations are possible from the respective day of the sauna infusion.
