Powerful and activating (solar), or calm and meditative (lunar) sequences, breathing exercises and meditations. The main focus is on the connection between breath and flowing movements.

Through regular practice, course participants experience physical and mental strength, become more flexible and supple - also in their thoughts, because yoga releases tension in the body and mind. The exercises develop your body awareness, your breathing becomes deeper and your thoughts and actions clearer.
