Our breath – our vital force, the source of all life. Powerful and energising (solar) or calm and meditative (lunar) sequences, breathing exercises and meditations.
The main focus is on the connection between breath and flowing movements. Through regular practice, course participants experience physical and mental strength, become more flexible and supple – even in their thoughts, because yoga releases tension in the body and mind.
Through the exercises, your body awareness develops, your breathing becomes deeper and your thoughts and actions clearer.
