Fitball exercises are super versatile and add variety to your workout. Exercises with the ball train your coordination, improve your sense of balance and, depending on the exercise, train all major muscle groups such as the abdomen, legs and back. You can also use exercises to improve your strength, endurance and flexibility. The instability created by the exercises also strengthens deeper muscles, as they are constantly endeavouring to maintain your balance.
