Our shuttle service:
We will be happy to pick you up from Bolzano, Merano or Rablà railway station.
The fees are as follows:
- Check-in from 3 pm, if you arrive after 6 pm we kindly ask you to inform us by phone.
- Check-out until 11 am.
- Payment of the hotel bill must be made by EC card, Mastercard, VISA, American Express or cash in euros by the day of departure at the latest. Due to legal regulations, cash payments are currently only possible up to 1,999 euros.

A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for a definitive booking. The following 2 options are available to you:

- or alternatively by credit card via our online payment tool.
Reservation and cancellation:
- A binding accommodation contract within the meaning of Art. 1322 et seq. ZGB.
- Reservations must be made in writing.The concurring declaration of intent is also legally valid via computerised systems (email, online reservation) in accordance with these provisions.

Withdrawal/cancellation: Unless otherwise stated at the time of reservation, this cancellation policy applies:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival without giving reasons. In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, a fee of 30% of the total amount booked will be charged, from the 7th day and in the event of earlier departure 100% of the total amount booked will be charged.We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you do not incur any cancellation costs in the event of cancellation. - Italian law applies. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I Regulation of 17 June 2008) Art. 4, para. 1, letters b and c, Italian law is also applicable in the absence of this agreement. Place of jurisdiction: Provincial Court of Bolzano.
- By making a reservation, you also agree to the processing of your personal data. The right to data protection in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 is guaranteed.
Prices for children:

- 0 - 5 years: 40 €
- 6 - 10 years: 50 €
- 11 - 16 years: 60 €
We will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair in the restaurant for your child.
Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the adults-only area on the upper floor of the bathhouse or in the roof garden.

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome to stay with us, but are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area or on the lawn in the garden. Please register your friend when you make your reservation. We want to make sure that there are not too many dogs staying with us at the same time. Your friend is welcome to join you for dinner at designated tables. We provide a dog bed. For the extra cleaning we charge 20 € per day without food.

Our team and we do our best to ensure that all our guests have a wonderful and safe holiday.
If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us. We will certainly find a solution together. The same applies to items on an already paid hotel bill.
