To avoid damage, we kindly ask you to place your pushchair in the foyer. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets:

• Dogs are only allowed on request
• Your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area and in the park. We charge an additional 20 Euro/day for extra cleaning.

Reservation and cancellation:

1. Reservations are to be made in writing.
2. The accommodation contract (contratto d’albergo) as defined by Art. 1322 ff. of the Italian Civil Code becomes valid upon the explicit acceptance of the price offer on the part of the guest. In accordance with these terms, the concordant declaration of intent is also legally valid via electronic systems (email).
3. Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge within 14 days before arrival days. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the total amount booked. Cancellations made after the 7th day or earlier will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount booked. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you do not incur any cancellation costs in the event of cancellation. Therefore, we recommend taking out a trip cancellation insurance with our partner: Trip cancellation insurance Hotel Cancellations Plus.
4. Italian law is applicable. In accordance with regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I Regulation of 17 June 2008) Art. 4, para. 1 letter b and c, Italian law is also applicable in the absence of consent. Court of jurisdiction: Regional Court Bolzano/Bozen.
5. The guest consents to the processing of personal data in terms of compliance with the legal notification requirement on the part of the host. The right to data protection according to Law No. 196/2003 is being guaranteed. 

Payment:

The payment of the hotel bill has to be made on the day of departure at the latest by EC-card, Mastercard, VISA, American Express or cash in Euro. Due to legal alterations we can only accept cash payments up to 1.999 Euro.

 

Complaints – guarantee of quality:

We are hosts by passion and also our long-standing team strives to ensure your holiday at our hotel is as relaxing as possible. Should anything not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact and address us. Your satisfaction and well-being are our highest priority - this we promise.
Later complaints cannot be taken into consideration. The same is valid for items on your paid hotel bill.

Errors excepted:

Errors, misprints and program changes (in particular fitness program, culinary events) excepted.
With the issue of this price list, all previous lists cease to be valid.
The Regional Court Bozen, branch office Meran, is exclusively in charge for clarification of legal questions.

In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the terms used in the English and in the Italian/German version, the German/Italian version shall prevail.
