We now know many small farmers and producers from the neighbourhood and the surrounding villages personally, and we are constantly integrating more of them into our small circle and supporting them so that sustainable agriculture can be established and our guests can be proudly assured that the dishes were created with heart and soul and goodness from next door.

Between now and the next months, we will be exploring local farmers, expanding our herb and vegetable garden and working on sustainable vegetarian dishes.
This transformation is central to our journey towards carbon neutrality in 2025.
