Here, at the intersection of Tyrol and Italy, the most delicious and light fusion food cuisine from local and organic products is served as five course dinners. 
For guests with intolerances and allergies: Please let us know what intolerances you've got upfront and we will be prepared for your whole stay, making sure that there is nothing in your food which shouldn't be in there. 
Delicious Half Board

For a good start into the day a large breakfast buffet is waiting for you from 7.30 to 11:00 am. We offer homemade marmalades, a selection of meats and cheeses from South Tyrol, crunchy bread and sweet pastries, several mueslies and fruits. But we will also spoil you with hearty freshly made, boiled, scrambled or fried eggs with bacon and Bavarian sausages. During the summer months we are serving our breakfast on the terrace.

For lunch we offer a small menu with Mediterranean dishes on our terrace or at our indoor bar. Herefore you can choose between several meals.

In the evening our chef de cuisine Raphael Beikircher and his team cook a 5-course gourmet dinner with antipasti and salad buffet. It's very important for us and the team that regional products are used. 
Our dishes are as varied as the style of living in South Tyrol, typical Italian on the one hand and traditional Tyrolean on the other hand.
