- Every week 1 guided mountain bike tour with your host Boris Frei
- Fitness classes in our garden such as Yoga, Pilates, aqua bike and aqua gym
- Competent assistance for individual tours and an extensive library of relevant hiking literature and maps of local trails
- Equipment rentals (like rucksacks, hiking poles and snow shoes)
- Personal fitness training and health counselling is possible
Our Cuisine:
- For a good start in the day we provide a vast Vitalpina® breakfast buffet with homemade jams and specialties from South Tyrol
- For dinner our chefs will spoil you with a Vitalpina® 5-course gourmet menu with seasonal products of regional provenance (Our dishes are designed for well-balanced nutrition)
- Vast selection of quality wines from the South Tyrol region and local and regional spirits (distilled fruit brandies)

- Relax in our generous garden with a large open air pool, a smaller pool, a pool bar, a whirlpool and our garden sauna
- Our indoor wellness area with a pool, a hay sauna, an infrared sauna a Turkish steam bath and a Kneipp area
- Various types of massage and wellness treatments using selected Alpine essences and organic local products
- During the summer months our massages take place in our massage pavillon on the roof top

Vitalpina Breathe is a finely tuned program focusing on the breath, with valuable tips for an extra dose of vitality every day.
Walking & Breathing
When you go hiking in the open-air every breath you draw brings an extra dose of energy, provided that you succeed in putting aside your everyday habits of shallow breathing. So that you can benefit from the potential of breathing for activity and relaxation, our trained Vitalpina hosts, trainers and hiking guides accompany you on special hikes with useful tips and exercises, which are easy to learn. As required, you apply energising, activation breathing exercises or calming, relaxing breathing techniques. This has a harmonising and beneficial effect, is not obvious and yet is so effective that you will be glad to make use of these exercises in your everyday life.
