For our breakfast and dinner dishes, we mainly use products from sustainable cultivation in our neighbourhood.
On Fridays we go one step further.

This is because we only use products that come from our immediate vicinity - a maximum distance of 30 kilometres from the hotel.
The name R30 is therefore derived from ‘Radius 30km’.

- Fresh fish from the Schiefer fish farm in the Passeier Valley
- Veal from the Mair butcher's shop in Terlano
- Farmhouse bacon from Tesimo
- Herb mushrooms from the Kirnig farm in Aldein
- Vegetables and herbs from various organic farmers in Merano and Val Venosta (Valentinerhof)
- Strawberries from Val Martello
- Organic eggs from free-range chickens from the Rabensteinerhof farm in Rabland
- Flour from the Merano mill in Lana
- Dairy products from the Algunder alpine dairy
