FOR A CAREFREE HOLIDAY WITH US

During the last weeks and months we have been busy with the preparations for this year's season. In order to accommodate you and make your holiday with us in 2020 safe and relaxing, we strictly follow the recommendations of the WHO and the local state and regional health authorities. Our already strict hygiene protocols of recent years have been reviewed and adapted to the current situation and the frequency of all our cleaning processes has been increased, including disinfection throughout the hotel. Special cleaning agents are used for this purpose.
For you and your beloved ones to make beautiful vacation moments in our small hotel and the beautiful nature possible, is still our highest priority as hosts. Despite some new regulations, we are all looking forward to welcoming you with our usual warmth and an even more beautiful hotel and to accompanying you through your stay with us.

 
We have already compiled some answers to the most important questions for you here:

More flexible booking conditions / extended cancellation options:
We have adapted our cancellation conditions to the situation in order to facilitate your travel planning. Existing and new reservations until July 3rd can be cancelled free of charge within 3 days, those until August 31st up to 7 days before arrival.
After that the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival will not incur additional cancellation costs. Cancellation within 21 days before arrival will incur a fee of 40% of the total amount booked. Cancellation within 7 days before arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total amount booked.

Check In/Check Out:
Due to the even more intensive hygienisation of all rooms, they are now only ready for occupancy from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Pre-check-in is possible and desirable online via this page - by shortening the check-in time on site, you help to avoid large crowds in the entrance area. We will send you a short message with the relevant details a few days before arrival.
Instead of the traditional welcome aperitif on Sunday evening, we invite you to a welcome drink at one of our bars and would be happy to introduce you to our house personally in a small circle ;)
On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room by 11.00 am. If you wish, we will send you your cost overview by e-mail the evening before your departure. You can then pay online by credit card or at the reception.

Free space:
Our house will not be fully occupied in 2020, so that you all have enough space and we can ensure the legal safety distance: In the house 1 meter.

Food & Drink:
In our restaurant and on the terrace, we maintain the minimum distance provided for. Our breakfast is served in such a way that we adapt the sequence of events at our breakfast buffet to the current situation. With mouth-nose protection and disposable gloves you can help yourself to our dishes, which are lovingly prepared in closed preserving jars. In the evening you have the possibility to choose from our evening menu. Crunchy salads and cheese, which in the past were provided at the buffet, can now also be selected together with the other courses of the evening menu and will be served to you.

Employees:
Warm hospitality contactless: We work exclusively with gloves, mouth and nose protection and/or visor. We keep the legal safety distance, daily fever measurements are taken and we are constantly trained in the increased hygiene measures.

Guests:
The distance rule of 1 meter applies throughout the house, and if the distance is less than 1 metres, mouth-nose protection is mandatory. At the table and in the swimming pool you can do without it. In every room and at several places in the hotel (at doors that do not open automatically, buffet area, elevator), mouth-nose protection, disinfection gel and rubbish bins provided for this purpose are sufficiently available.

Hygiene measures:
  • We have implemented comprehensive guidelines for the highest standards of hygiene in all areas of our hotel.
  • Our employees are continuously trained and monitored to ensure that these high standards are maintained. The recommendations of the WHO as well as national and regional legislation are not only strictly adhered to, but also supplemented by further measures where we consider it appropriate for the protection of our employees and guests.
  • Limited number of guests in the whole house
  • Protective screens for hygiene at contact points (e.g.: reception, buffet)
  • Hygiene and cleanliness with regard to disinfection will be intensified again, areas will be disinfected several times a day
  • Disinfectant dispenser at all entrances and in your room
  • Space enough for all guests, distances of 1m are secured
  • In the restaurant there will be enough space between the tables and the rooms will be well ventilated (no circulating air)
  • All employees wear face masks (in service and kitchen also gloves)
  • Surfaces such as tables, chairs, lift buttons, door handles, WCs and keys are continuously disinfected

Spa area "Studio 40a":
Our 3 outdoor pools (skypool, sports pool, rock pool), the indoor pool and the whirlpool are open daily. According to current legislation, the saunas are also opened with pre-reservation. However, an opening of these areas is foreseeable as soon as the hygiene measures are also defined by law. Massages and cosmetic applications are possible. Our employees work with mouth and nose protection and/or visors. The law currently provides for laser fever measurement before beauty treatment and the wearing of mouth-nose protection.
Safe yoga and fitness courses (participation by appointment in our information portal or at the reception) in the new yoga room or at quiet places in the garden. All areas in the wellness area are well ventilated.


We will do everything we can to ensure that you can spend a relaxing time with us this year too. To gain strength by experiences in our beautiful nature, by quiet yoga classes or by reading a good book. This time is a challenge on many levels. That is why it is all the more important to recharge your batteries.
