Special times require special measures.

We strictly follow the regional statutory provisions. 
In the following article we responded to the most frequent questions.
For a carefree holiday we compiled some answers to your most important questions:

to Italy:

The entry to South Tyrol is currently possible for all EU citizens and Schengen countries, without isolation obligation. Upon entry you need to:
  • be in possession of a certificate of a negative Covid-19 Test (molecular or antigen test), which has been carried out within 48 hours before entry;
  • Register with the local Department of Prevention of the competent sanitary company at this link (https://siag.limequery.org/483785?lang=en ) upon entry or at the latest upon arrival here at the hotel.
  • In case of police controls, you have to show a self-declaration (the form for this self-declaration can also be filled out during the police control).
  • If you need a certificate of a negative Covid-19-Test for your departure, we can arrange an appointment with our local doctor for you.

Guest hygiene etiquette:

  • At the check-in we will check your body temperature. This should not exceed 37.5 °C. Please pay attention to this before your arrival.
  • In the entire hotel, the legal minimum distance of one meter applies, which must be observed by all guests (unless you are already sharing a room).
  • We've got a strict compalsory of wearing a face mask, except for children under 6 years. There are exceptions as food and beverage areas, whilst sitting and of course in and at the pool as well as in your rooms and in the sauna. However, please make sure that you keep one meter distance to other guests. In case you forgot your mask, please feel free to get one at our reception desk. 
  • There are numerous disinfection dispensers in the hotel (doors that do not open automatically, buffet area, elevator) and in your room.
  • We kindly ask you not to use the elevator with other guests and to clean your hands frequently.


  • All our employees work with a FFP2 mask and are continuously trained in increased hygiene measures.
  • They are Covid-19 tested every 2 weeks.


Food & Drink:

  • In our restaurant and on the terrace, the designated minimum distance will be observed.
  • Buffet area: You can serve yourselve at our breakfast and evening buffet with a mask (FFP2 is recommended), 1m minimum distance and prior hand disinfection.

Spa area "Studio 40a":

  • Our entire spa area with all pools and saunas is in operation without restrictions.
  • However, the usage of our saunas is subject to a legal minimum distance of 2 meters and your documentation (of sauna visits). Therefore, you have to book your sauna sessions at the reception.
  • Massages and beauty treatments are possible with a mouth-nose protection and prior measurement of body temperature. 
  • To keep the minimum distance regulations for all sauna infusions, fitness & yoga classes we ask you to book them upfront (at the reception or in our Guestnet).
  • The entire indoor spa area is well ventilated.
