After a brief welcome and explanation of the planned procedure, the classic 3 infusion phases (rounds) follow with the use of various essential oils. The duration is approx. 12 - 15 minutes. Please enter the sauna without clothing. Registration is required for participation in the sauna infusion (max. 10 people).
Registrations are possible from the respective day of the sauna infusion.
