Prana Flow Yoga includes powerful and activating (solar), or calm and meditative (lunar) sequences, breathing exercises and meditations.
The main focus is on the connection between breath and flowing movements. Through regular practice, course participants experience physical and mental strength, become more flexible and supple - also in their thoughts, because yoga releases tension in the body and mind.
Through the exercises, your body awareness develops, your breathing deepens and your thoughts and actions become clearer.
