From Monday to Friday we offer a fitness program alternating with pilates, power yoga, bar-gym and fitness ball, aqua bike or aqua gym. Being a skilled wellness trainer and certified hike guide, Rudi, will provide competent assistance and supervision. 2 guided mountain hikes with uncle Rudi are our program highlights.

We offer 1 guided bike tour on Wednesday with your host and bike guide Boris. On the other days (Monday to Saturday) there is always at least one guided tour for mountain bikers, leisure bikers or road cyclists. Three times a week you can also participate in technical classes for beginners, intermediate or advanced bikers.
