Weekly Program

guided hikes, bike-tours, fitness courses, sauna infusions and many other events

From Monday to Friday we offer our guest a fitness program alternating with pilates, power yoga, bar-gym and fitness ball, aqua bike or aqua gym. Being a skilled wellness trainer and certified hike guide, Rudi will provide competent assistance and supervision. Also there are 2 guided mountain hikes with uncle Rudi and 3 ore more other guided excursions with the other guides Bruno, Erich and Kurt.

For bikers we offer 1 guided bike tour on Wednesday with your host and bike guide Boris Frei. On the other days (Monday to Saturday) there is always at least one guided tour for mountain bikers, leisure bikers or road cyclists. Three times a week you can also participate in technical classes for beginners, intermediate or advanced bikers.


Monday
  • 09:30 am: guided hiking tour with uncle Rudi (easy/intermediate)
  • 09:30 am: a time journey through Parcines – on the scent of history…
  • 09:50 am: visit to the Oberniederhof organic farm in Senales Valley
  • 04:15 pm: fitness course: blackroll
  • 04:55 pm: fitness course: fitness ball and swing bar
  • 05:25 pm: fitness course: aqua bike
  • 06:00 pm: sauna infusion in our panoramic garden sauna

Tuesday
  • 09:30 am: a time journey through Rablà/Rabland and Tel/Töll – on the scent of history
  • 10:00 am: guided trekking tour with Erich (intermediate)
  • 04:15 pm: fitness course: "The 5 Tyroleans 
  • 04:50 pm: fitness course: power yoga
  • 06:00 pm: sauna infusion in our panoramic garden sauna

Wednesday
  • 09:00 am: guided trekking tour with Kurt (advanced)
  • 02:00 pm: mountain bike-tour with Boris
  • 04:30 pm: grappa degustation: from fruit to noble distillate
  • 07:30 pm: late night sauna (our wellness area is opened until 10:00 pm)

Thursday
  • 09:00 am: guided tour through the via ferrata "Hoachwool"
  • 09:30 am: guided hiking tour with uncle Rudi (easy/intermediate/advanced) 
  • 10:00 am: herb walk with Martha Stieger
  • 04:15 pm: fitness course: power yoga 
  • 05:00 pm: wine degustation "Small Tasting Seminar"
  • 05:25 pm: fitness course: aqua bike
  • 06:00 pm: sauna infusion in our panoramic garden sauna

Friday
  • 10:00 am: guided hiking tour with Bruno (easy)
  • 04:00 pm: healthy breathing and water-treading
  • 07:30 pm: late night sauna (our wellness area is opened until 10:00 pm)

Saturday
  • 04:15 pm: fitness course: "The 5 Tyroleans 
  • 04:50 pm: fitness course: pilates
  • 05:25 pm: fitness course: aqua gym
  • 06:00 pm: sauna infusion in our panoramic garden sauna

Sunday
  • 06:30 p.m.: welcome-aperitif
