We as your host are specialized in providing the following services to the following types of bikes:

Our performance at a Glance:

• Location
  Your Bike Hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of a network of bike routes.
• Facilities
  Your hotel’s features fulfill all of a biker’s needs—from a bike-wash area to laundry-drying facilities to a perfectly equipped service area.
• Security
  There is a self-contained bike storage area available to you. Our bike storage area is under video surveillance and accessible only to cyclists.
• Information Corner
  In the information area for bikers (entrance area), you’ll find up-to-date magazines about biking and the region, so that you can plan the next day’s ride at your leisure.
• Bike Shop
  We closely work with the “Ötzi-Bike-Shop” in Naturns. This guarantees comprehensive repair services within 24 hours, and allows you to locate the bike equipment you need.
• Meals
  You’ll find at least 10 products of regional origin at the breakfast buffet. In the afternoon, light meals, specifically adapted for bikers, are on offer.
• Laundry
  We offer laundry service to wash your biking clothes for 5.00 Euro per kg.
• Equipment Rentals
  Hardtail mountain bikes can be rented just at the hotel. High-quality rental bikes can also be rented in our ROSE Bike-Testcenter or can be arranged, upon request, for the following day. You can also borrow GPS devices, helmets, and water bottles.

Supervision & Guiding:

• Competent Hosts & Bike Schools
  Bike tours are led by our qualified bike guide Boris Frei or the “Ötzi-Bike-Academy”. Bike tours start either directly at the hotel or in Naturns, which can be reached in 20 minutes.
• Tour Information
  Upon request we organise an information round with a bike guide from the “Ötzi-Bike-Academy” on Saturdays at 5.45 p.m.
• Route Maps & GPS
  A wide selection of touring maps designed for professionals, including teh associated GPS data, is at your disposal. We support GPS uploads.
• Food Tour
  We provide energy and sports bars (1.00 Euro per piece) for the tours and a packed lunch upon request (5.00 Euro)
• Return Transport Service
  If you wish, we offer a shuttle and return transport service for freeriders. For this we charge 5.00 Euro per Person. If the distance is longer than 10km, every further kilometre will be charged with 0.20 Euro.
