Aqua-Gym. The traditional water gymnastic conserves joints, tendons and ligaments and has a stimulating effect on your heart and circulation. All body areas are drawn into the exercises, similar to swimming. This type of training is used in particular for rehabilitation.
Stretching. Stretching exercises for the entire muscle area, which leads to improved mobility and to an increase of the trunk musculature. Regular stretching keeps your muscles elastic and gentle. Stretching further serves as a warm-up exercise. By means of a well implemented stretching programme the musculature can prepare for the real sporty strain.
Staby-Gym. Staby® - meanwhile one of the most renowned pieces of fitness equipment! The Staby is brought to vibration with the help of your body strength and has a direct effect on the stabilization apparatus of the trunk, spinal column and arms. Pilates. It uses the interplay of body and spirit, in order to provide a feeling of totality and wellbeing.
By means of a conscious posture, controlled breathing and minimal movement, every exercise concentrates on targeted muscles, hence a balanced, well-shaped, flexible and strong body is the result. This course is especially directed to people with back complaints.
Nordic Walking. When moving in fresh air, you lose frustration and even more so; extra weight! Nordic walking is a new sport from Finland. Walking with poles requires the input of the whole body, legs and upper body, and is therefore about 40% more effective for a full-body training then normal walking.
Chi- Yoga. Targeted activation and stretching harmonize your body's powers and stimulate stability and flexibility. Dysfunction and false moving habits are discovered more easily and can then be replaced by a more economical movement and posture pattern. Training of body basis and body axis refines the sense of balance and allows a stress-free posture. In addition, the deepened breathing cycle calms your spirit and soul, which eases the access to a more intensive experience.
